LOCAL SHIPPING

All local orders will be shipped from our Singapore office via J&T Express

You will be entitled to a complimentary courier if the total amount of your orders exceeded SGD 100.00 (excluding promotion sale items and backorders)
If your order consists of one backorder item, the postage fee will be $4 as we will be mailing out the instock item first to prevent any delay.
The backorder item will be mail out separately when the stocks arrive.

You may track the parcel via https://jtsvip.jtexpress.sg/service/instanceExpressTrack, and the tracking number is as follows: ORDER NUMBER and "A". e.g XXXXXXA

Alternatively, an email with tracking number will be sent to you by us.

In the event when there's no one at home when the parcel was being delivered, the delivery man will drop you a call for the next delivery date and time.
Otherwise, you may schedule for a re-delivery and contact J&T Express at +65 6850 0660 or send them an email to cs_sg@jtexpress.sg.

Re-delivery charges will apply after a 3rd failed delivery attempt.  

SELF COLLECTION

Self collection is available at our retail stores located at PLQ Mall, Jem and Tampines 1.
It will be delivered to the store within 3 to 5 working days (excluding our internal processing time of 1-2 working days.).
An email notification will be send to you once your parcel has arrived in the store. Once you have receive the email notification from us, you may drop by PLQ/Jem/Tampines 1 stores to collect your parcel. 
Parcel has to be collected within 7 days from the date of the email sent. It will be send back to TSW HQ should there is no collection from the customer. All returns must be done within 14 days from the date when the parcels are in stores.
